After her career as Superintendent of Administration in at a public utility Margie started her own practice in 2015. She has managed an award winning youth employment program, mentored many high school and college students, and managed many administrative tasks, projects and initiatives. She has served on councils and boards in the greater Cincinnati region and has developed her footprint as a trusted professional in administrative management and support. Her experience in mentoring, training and coaching youth as well as her administrative experience is second to none. She is a certified academic life coach and a certified strategic leader. She sets high standards for her professional performance and gives equal dedication to all of her clients. Starting a small business has its challenges but staying ahead of frequent changes in business is Margie's sixth sense. Passion and resilience are her daily reminders to continue her success and in aiding the success of others.
